What is reiki - Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that manipulates flow in body to help reduce stress, anxiety and encourage relaxation to promote healing. Through hand placement on or above the body, a reiki practitioner believes they are channeling energy to heal their client. This method uses gentle touch to improve balance in your body, move and clear energy How to prepare for Reiki Session - Wear comfortable clothes that help you to rest most, ensure you use the washroom prior to your session so that you are most comfortable. If this is your first session you may want to ask the reiki practitioner to show you the hand placements or explain what they will do prior to the start of sessions your clear on what to expect. Let the practitioner know what your expectations are and also understand that they may or may not be met. What to expect during your session - Reiki session will last for 45 minutes and during your session you will be laying on a massage table fully clothed. Your reiki practitioner will gently place hands, palms down or just above your body in specific energy locations. During your reiki session as the reiki practitioner is moving energy you may feel heat or tingling coming from their hands and even through your body, some may even feel coolness and others have also suggest after your session to go home and restfully enjoy the rest of your day, avoid stressful errands or tasks. If you have to go back to work or an errand after your session as we all live busy lives we then suggest stopping for lunch or a drink to continue with the calming experience before jumping back into the hustle of life.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments, cancellation of any appointment does not mean a refund is applicable. All appointments must be rebooked as soon as possible. An admin charge may apply of $20.00 if the owner feels its applicable.
