What to expect, wear and bring when visiting the Salt Cave?

Halotherapy is a dry salt therapy so you will not get wet while receiving your treatment.  Suggested clothing to wear while visiting our cave is as follows:

 

It is best to come in comfortable clothes while you lay back in a zero gravity chair or can lay right within the salt, if this is your option it is recommended to wear less clothing so your skin receives the benefits also.

Skin Relief - Please dress in shorts and a t-shirt or tank top, the swimsuit is also acceptable.

Rest & Relaxation - Dress in comfortable clothing.

In the Salt Cave we ask that you go barefoot or we have booties to provide if you prefer not to be bare foot.

There is no food or drinks in the cave.

What to expect, wear and bring when visiting the Hand & foot Detox and the 
Far-Infrared Sauna

In our Hand & Foot Detox you will sit in a chair with your hands and feet on warm salt blocks so comfy clothes is required to ensure your comfortable for the 45 min session.  Your also welcome to sit in this room with shorts and t-shirt or tank top as well as swimwear if that is what will ensure your personal comfort level.

In our Far-Infrared Sauna, this is a dry hot heat  45 min session and it is suggested to wear a swimsuit, shorts and t-shirt or tank top.  You may also sit nude as long as you wrap your body within a towel

What to bring to either session - Please bring a water bottle to each of these sessions to ensure you do not become dehydrated.  A Towel is also required for the Sauna.
