My name is Frances, and Energy Fusion & Wellness is my healing practice, where I offer Mediumship Readings and Intuitive Guidance.​

My connection to the spirit world began when I was very young.  Even as a child, I felt there was something beyond what we could see.  I experienced things I could not explain at the time, including premonitions, meaningful dreams, and what I believed were imaginary friends.  As I grew older and learned more about spirituality, I began to understand these experiences differently and came to believe that some may have been connections with loved ones in spirit.​

My curiosity continued to grow as I explored spirituality, angel guides, energy, consciousness, the law of attraction, and other spiritual teachings.  About eight years ago, I felt a strong desire to understand healing and energy on a deeper level.  I studied Sacred Geometry and completed an Empower Thyself course, which opened another important chapter in my journey.​

As my intuition developed, I became more aware of feelings, impressions, energy, and messages that seemed to come through naturally.  This journey ultimately led me toward healing - not only learning how to support others, but also learning how to heal and understand myself.

Following My Calling

Six years ago, I made the decision to leave the corporate world and follow a path that felt more aligned with who I truly am.  It was a big step, but I felt a strong inner calling to create something of my own and dedicate my time to spiritual healing and helping others.

That calling became Energy Fusion & Wellness

What began as a personal spiritual journey has grown into my passion, my purpose, and the work I continue to build today.

My Mediumship Journey

I am also an Intuitive Medium.  Through mediumship, I receive impressions and experiences that I believe connect me with those who have passed.  These connections may come through hearing, seeing, feeling, sensing, or simply knowing.  Every session is unique.  Messaes, memories, emotions, or impressions may come through and can offer comfort, reassurance, or a different perspective.  My greatest passion is helping people feel supported and connected as they navigate their own journey.

Connecting With People Around The World

One of the most meaninglful parts of my journey has been connecting with people from around the world.  I work with clients worldwide, and sessions can be offered virtually from the comfort of your own home, by phone or video, as well as I person.  Whether we connect in person or virtually, my intention is always to create a welcoming and compassionate space where you feel supported.

I believe every healing journey is unique.  Sometimes, we simply need someone to help us find our wayback to our own light.  For me, Emery Fusion & Wellness represents years of learning, personal growth, healing, spiritual discovery, and the courage to follow my calling.  I am deeply grateful to everyone who has trusted me to be a part of their journey, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and share this work with others.
