Lexi is a certified birth and postpartum doula, birth educator and holistic practitioner who supports individuals and families through life's sacred transitions. Lexi is also certified in Reiki, Meditation and Yoga teaching, with a deep devotion to cyclical living, lunar wisdom and nervous system regulation.  Through her work, Lexi creates grounded, heart-centered spaces that invite rest, clarity and intentional living in alignment with the natural rhythms of the body and the moon.

Lexi is a mother of two and believes that motherhood is one of the most valuable, transformative seasons in a women's life, but it is also often where women are expected to be the strongest and need the least support. Lexi has lived that personally so she truly can empathize with how that feels.  Lexi believes that when mothers are supported fully, it ripples out into their families, children and communities.  Lexi's gifts are rooted in presence, compassion, education and gentle guidance.  Lexi wants to be able to offer all of this in a space where it can truly make a difference, this is why Lexi has chosen to collaborate here with us at Holistic Salt Therapy & Cave.

Lexi brings over 20 years of experience working in childcare, schools and homes supporting families with young babies and children.  Lexi is a graduate of Durham College, where she earned her Early Childhood Education diploma with honor's, and her work is deeply informed by both professional training and lived experiences.

​

With family roots across various Caribbean islands, Antigua holds a special place in Lexi's heart and is second home to her.  Lexi has lived and taught yoga there in the past and her offerings are infused with island wisdom, earth-based practices and a reverence for slow, intentional living.

​

Lexi is currently available for new birth and postpartum clients and loves supporting growing families.  If you or someone you know is expecting or navigating early motherhood, Lexi warmly welcomes connection.

Lexi will currently be holding New and Full moon circles.  Retreat offerings rooted in lunar living and embodied healing are also in the works for the future.
