Krista is an energy healer and offers a variety of services by combining an intuitive, holistic, and metaphysical approach to support the needs of the client. With a strong focus on energy healing, her passion lies in facilitating sacred space for clients and guiding them to their highest potential through various healing modalities. She believes it is her soul's purpose to help others connect and discover their own innate self-worth and healing abilities, using energy and self-discovery practices.

Krista completed her Mindfulness Meditation training at the University of Toronto and Meditation Teacher Training at HOAME Studio. Krista is also a Usui Reiki Practitioner and Psychic Tarot Reader.
