Service Description

Join Valerie in the Salt Cave every Thursday at 3pm for a 45 min Restorative yoga class. Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that is appropriate for all levels and encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga is a practised at a slow pace focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing. You will hear soft music and at times even a meditation reading to start or end the practice. This is done within our salt cave so you also have the benefit of breathing in the salty air which will help boost your immune system as well provide you with prevention and healing of your respiratory and skin for overall wellness. Bring your own mat :)

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments, cancellation of any appointment does not mean a refund is applicable. All appointments must be rebooked as soon as possible. An admin charge may apply of $20.00 if the owner feels its applicable.
