Please join us in a peaceful session of Reiki Infused Guided Meditation in our Salt Cave for a 45 minute session. Meditation is an exercise of consciousness that results in the expansion of consciousness beyond the day to day experience. Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention bring about the feeling of calm and heightened energy and awareness. Enjoying meditation on a regular routine may offer many overall benefits such as reduced stress, anxiety and give you a sense of calm, peace and balance. Meditation can also help you to learn to stay entered and keep your inner peace and can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health. What to expect during the session- The guide will instruct you to relax your whole body until you are comfortable before leading you through mental images and visualizations often of healing light. Sometimes individuals can meditate easily and for others it takes some work, results will vary. What to expect after your session -Drinking water after a meditation can help to re-ground you and reawaken your physical senses. Take a few deep breaths and time to reflect on your experience with your meditation session. Think about it the meditation made you feel, any insights or observations that might have come up during your practice. This may look like taking time to journal for some which may help to process what you learned during the meditation.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments, cancellation of any appointment does not mean a refund is applicable. All appointments must be rebooked as soon as possible. An admin charge may apply of $20.00 if the owner feels its applicable.
