Please bring a bottle of water for when your service is complete - there is no food or water permitted in the Salt Cave, Thank you for your understanding. Unlike the high heat produced in a traditional sauna, far infrared heat is able to penetrate the body to a depth of 1.5-2 inches, this stimulates the body's cellular detoxification process more effectively than in a traditional sauna. Our body's tissue normally produces infrared energy, which is used by the body for a number of healing processes. It's more than just detoxification!

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments, cancellation of any appointment does not mean a refund is applicable. All appointments must be rebooked as soon as possible. An admin charge may apply of $20.00 if the owner feels its applicable.
